About Aztec Sports Club

Vision and Mission

OUR VISION
To create a supportive whanau environment aimed at encouraging the development of our members in sport participation and leadership.

OUR MISSION
To provide opportunities for our members, utilising “sport as an incentive” enabling pathways within our community.

We will know we have achieved this when:

  • We have a positive profile in the Counties Manukau region 
  • We consistently have high performing Executive members, Administrators, Teams, Coaches, Managers, Umpires and Players
  • Quality Coach, Umpire, Manager and Player development pathways are in place 
  • We have a pool of skilled, dedicated and willing volunteers 
  • The club is financially sustainable

This is the current strategic plan for Aztec Sports Club as at January 2010. This strategic plan goes through until 2012 as is reviewed annually by the Executive Committee Members who then present this to the club membership at the beginning of each season. CLUB DEVELOPMENT PLAN

CLUB CONSTITUTION

CLUB RULES

CLUB ALCOHOL & DRUG POLICY
It is important to the Executive that the values of Aztec Sports Club are upheld at all times.  The Club AOD Policy ensures that many of the club values remain observed at all fundraising and social events.

CLUB CODE OF CONDUCT

CLUB PARENT/PLAYER AGREEMENT
To ensure that all prospective Club members are aware of the expectations of them as members of Aztec Sports Club.  All members are asked to sign a Club Parent/Player Agreement at the beginning of each season.

CLUB TEAM OFFICIALS AGREEMENT
